Biz+

Automatic capture

Korevra Biz+ · One tap from a bank alert to a book entry · Updated 2 September 2026

Biz+ has one door for text arriving from anywhere: it reads the alert, removes the account number and proposes the entry, all on your phone. This page shows how to wire that door to the alerts you already receive, so that keeping the book takes one tap — or none.

The door

Any app, shortcut or automation that can open a link can hand an alert to Biz+. The address is:

com.korevra.bizplus://?add=the alert text

The text should be URL-encoded (every shortcut and automation tool has a step for that). If Biz+ is not open it opens; if you have not finished setting up, the alert waits and is added the moment your books exist. Several alerts pasted together are split and added one by one.

On a laptop, or in a browser, the same door is a web address:

https://korevra-bizplus.web.app/?add=the alert text

On an iPhone

iPhone does not let any app read the notifications of another app, so nothing can capture an alert entirely on its own. What you can do is make it one tap, three ways. Pick the one that fits how your alerts arrive.

1. “Send to Biz+” in the share sheet — best for e-mail and SMS alerts

  1. Open Shortcuts → tap + → name it Send to Biz+.
  2. Tap the ⓘ (details) → switch on Show in Share Sheet → under Share Sheet Types keep only Text.
  3. Add the action URL Encode; set its input to Shortcut Input.
  4. Add the action URL and type com.korevra.bizplus://?add=, then tap after the = and insert the URL Encoded Text variable from the previous step.
  5. Add the action Open URLs. Done.

Now, in Mail or Messages, press and hold the alert → Select the text → Share → Send to Biz+. One tap, and the entry is proposed.

2. “Paste to Biz+” with Back Tap — best for app notifications

  1. Make a second shortcut, Paste to Biz+: action Get Clipboard → action URL Encode (input: Clipboard) → action URL with com.korevra.bizplus://?add= followed by the URL Encoded Text variable → action Open URLs.
  2. Open Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap → Double Tap and choose Paste to Biz+.

When a bank app shows an alert, open it, copy the text, and double-tap the back of the phone. Biz+ opens with the entry proposed.

3. No shortcut at all

  • Paste: copy the alert, open Biz+ → + → Paste alert. Several alerts at once are fine.
  • Say it: + → Say it — “I sell 40 crates today, 120k”.
  • Snap it: + → Snap receipt for paper receipts and levy tickets.
  • Statement: once a week, download a CSV statement from your bank app and use + → Upload statement. Biz+ skips what it already has.

A Shortcut runs entirely on your phone. Nothing about the alert is sent to Apple, to Korevra or to anyone else; the account number is removed before the entry is saved.

On other phones

1. Let Biz+ read the alerts itself — nothing else to set up

Open Biz+ → More → Settings → Read bank alerts automatically → I agree — turn it on. The phone opens its Notification access screen; switch Biz+ on. From then on, every alert from a bank or wallet on Biz+’s list becomes a proposed entry the moment it arrives, with nothing to tap. Notifications from any other app are ignored and never opened. You can switch it off in the same place at any time.

2. Share to Biz+

In any app, select the alert text → Share → Biz+. This works for e-mail and SMS alerts and for anything you have copied.

3. An automation rule — if you prefer your own tool

Automation apps such as MacroDroid or Tasker can hand every bank notification to Biz+ through the door above:

  1. Trigger: Notification received → from your bank or wallet app.
  2. Action: Open URL / Browse URL → com.korevra.bizplus://?add= followed by your tool’s notification text variable (in MacroDroid, {notification}; in Tasker, the text parameter of the Notification event), URL-encoded.

Biz+ recognises a duplicate, so a rule and the built-in reader running together will not double an entry.

4. No automation at all

  • Paste: copy the alert, open Biz+ → + → Paste alert.
  • Say it, Snap receipt, or a weekly Upload statement (CSV) — Biz+ skips what it already has.

Everything above runs on your phone. The alert text is not uploaded; the account number is removed before the entry is saved.
