You can delete your Biz+ account and every record from inside the app in about a minute. Export first — the export is free and it is the only copy you will have afterwards.
1. Export first
Open Biz+ → More → The fire-proof book (under Data & privacy) → Export. One tap saves a spreadsheet of everything. Nigerian tax law asks a business to keep its books for six years, so keep the file somewhere safe.
2. Delete in the app
Sign in, then open Biz+ → More → Account → Delete my account. (The button appears only while you are signed in. On an older build the same button is at the foot of More → The fire-proof book.)
Read what will be deleted, confirm, and type DELETE at the last check.
Biz+ asks Korevra’s servers to erase what they hold — at once, not in thirty days — and then erases the ledger on this phone.
If you never created an account (you used Biz+ on this phone only), Wipe this phone on the same screen erases everything on the phone, and there is nothing on our servers to delete.
3. Delete by e-mail
If you cannot open the app, write from the e-mail address on your account to hello@korevra.com with the subject “Delete my Biz+ account”. We will confirm your identity by replying to that address and complete the deletion within thirty days.
4. What is deleted
The ledger, customers, suppliers, products, obligations, levies, closes, invoices and photos on this phone — immediately.
Your account record and everything under it: e-mail address, name and identifier; your entitlement, report credits and quarterly allowance; encrypted backups; mail preferences — as soon as the request succeeds.
Your copilot question counters and rate-limit slots, your purchase records, the full body of every Loan-Ready Report you issued, and every sponsor link, customer statement link and invoice pay page you own — at the same time.
Then the sign-in account itself. If that last step fails, nothing is lost: run Delete my account again.
5. What is kept, and why
Loan-Ready Report issuance records (the report’s hash, code, score, period, sector, totals and provenance shares — no ledger entries, no owner name) are kept for six years from issuance and marked revoked, because a lender holding a printed report must still be able to learn that it was issued and is now revoked. Your business name is removed and the record is unlinked from your account.
The verification log for those codes (code, time, hashed visitor address), for the same six years.
The e-mail log — which account e-mails Korevra sent you, to which address, when — is removed by the same button.
Purchase records held by the app store are the store’s and follow its rules.
Records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
Subscriptions. Deleting the app, or your account, does not cancel a Biz+ subscription. Cancel it first in the store where you bought it, on that store’s subscriptions page.
